1. Who We Are

Shunya operates shunyasec.com. We build trust infrastructure for end-of-life data.

2. What Data We Collect

Contact and waitlist data: When you fill out our waitlist or whitepaper form, we collect your full name, company name, job title, and work email address. This data is used solely to contact you about Shunya's early access programme.

Analytics data (with consent): If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website — including pages visited, time on page, and referral source. We do not collect personally identifiable information through these tools. If you decline cookies, these tools do not activate.

3. Your Rights Under the DPDPA 2023

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data at any time; and file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Waitlist and contact form data is stored by Formspree (formspree.io) and forwarded to our monitored email inbox. We do not store this data in any database we operate. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only with your explicit consent. If you click 'Accept' on our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity activate and collect anonymised usage data. If you click 'Decline,' no cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until Shunya's early access programme closes. Analytics data retained per Google's and Microsoft's respective data retention policies.
